Delete Your Account

Use this page to request deletion of your VeriRoute Intel or Lookup Pass account. Deleting your account removes your profile and the personal data associated with it, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We retain only transaction, consent, and deletion records required for legal, accounting, or compliance purposes under our Privacy Policy. Account access is disabled after confirmation; deletion remains pending until required review and connected processor cleanup finish.

How it works

1. Enter the email address on your account below.
2. We email that address with a confirmation step — this verifies the request really comes from the account owner.
3. Once you confirm from that inbox, we process the deletion.

If you have an active subscription purchased through Google Play or the App Store, cancel it in that store first — store subscriptions are managed by the store, not by us.
