Lookup Pass Subscription Terms

Version 2026-07-22 · These terms apply specifically to the Lookup Pass subscription and supplement our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Lookup Pass is a subscription service operated by First Light Holdings, LLC DBA VeriRoute Intel (“we,” “us”). By subscribing, you agree to these terms, including the automatic-renewal and no-refund terms below. Please read them before you enter your card.

1. What Lookup Pass is

Lookup Pass is an informational lookup service. Your subscription includes a set number of lookups each billing period (currently 50). Each lookup returns information about a US phone number — the current voice and messaging provider, caller ID when available, line type, and spam/scam reputation. Included lookups are “use it or lose it”: they reset each billing period and do not roll over.

Lookup Pass is informational only — it is not a consumer report. First Light Holdings, LLC DBA VeriRoute Intel is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and lookup results must never be used to decide someone's eligibility for employment, housing, credit, insurance, tenancy, or any similar purpose. Using the service that way violates these terms and may violate federal law.

2. Price, billing & automatic renewal

3. Introductory price (the standard monthly offer)

The standard monthly offer is an introductory price: you pay a small amount today (currently $1.99) for your first 7 days of full access. On day 7 your card is automatically charged the remaining balance of your first month (currently $18.00), and then $19.99 every month until you cancel. You can cancel any time before day 7 — in that case the introductory price is the only charge you ever pay. We will email you a reminder before the day-7 charge — telling you the date, the amount, and how to cancel.

4. Free trial (if your offer includes one)

Some invitations (for example, founding-member offers sent by email) include a free trial instead of the introductory price. A valid payment card is required to begin. At the end of the trial your subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription and your card is charged $19.99, and then $19.99 every month, until you cancel. You can cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid being charged. We will email you a reminder before your trial ends — telling you the date, the amount, and how to cancel.

5. Top-up packs

If you use all your included lookups, you may buy one-time top-up packs. Packs are a one-time charge to your card, add lookups to your current period, and do not auto-renew. Pack lookups do not expire while your subscription is active.

All charges are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.

Lookup Pass is a use-it-or-lose-it informational service delivered immediately: your included lookups are made available to you at the start of each billing period whether or not you use them. Because the service is provided up front, we do not offer refunds or credits for unused lookups, partial periods, or periods in which you did not use the service. If you cancel, you keep access for the remainder of the period you already paid for.

8. Changes to these terms or pricing

We may change these terms or the subscription price. If we do, we will notify you in advance by email and, where required, obtain your consent before the change takes effect. Continuing your subscription after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Consent record

When you subscribe, we record your agreement to these auto-renewal terms (the date, the terms version, and your IP address) and retain it as required by applicable law.
